The Metis Fiddle is now complete and in the fine tuning process! The sash is perhaps one of the most powerful symbols in Metis culture. While the image on this fiddle is a common design, families or clans developed their own patterns over time.
The top features the iconic Metis flag with a bison and Saskatchewan prairie lily overlaid upon it.
